I went to see Skrillex on Thursday at, The Exchange! The event was only 2 blocks from my place so I got to walk to it! Everyone at the event got to have a free glow stick! For the event I wore this yellow assemble! I felt like glowing in the dark and that's why I decided to wear this and because I love feeling colorful! I had so much fun except I didn't think it would be so crowded! I am really NOT into main stream music. Anything mainstream makes me want to puke. But I guess now that Skrillex is nominated for an Emmy award I supposed he is now become main stream!. : ( Ahhh! Anyways, thank you for reading and for visiting! : )

It is my Bday today and I couldn't help but treat me for another pair of rainbow Jeffrey Campbell shoes. When ever you see a rainbow you have to think of me because color is all you SEE! Striped House Of Holland Tights

I received my new House Of Holland tights on Friday! I couldn't wait to wear them so I decided to wear them at once. I believe they are now sold out! Phew I was able to snatch them!!
I don't know if you can tell or not but tons of my hair fell off when I retouched it 2 weeks ago. I left the bleach on for too long thinking it was not going to harm my scalp! Wrong!! Please don't ever leave bleach on your head for no more than 40 min. This time I might let my roots grow out more. I am scared of loosing all my hair!!Changing the subject about me becoming bald, I bought another pair of the same shoes you see me wearing. I also bought another pair of these tights and another pair of the green ones! I know I sound crazy for buying the same thing again but I like to be prepared in case my favorite things get damaged! : )

I purchased these items 2 weeks ago! Batman vintage tee bought on Etsy, Black Milk Tights and Substitute Queen 2 shoes( I call them ciber uggs) bought at Sole Struck. The Substitute Queen 2 shoes are super comfortable. They look better when they are on! This kind of look I call my cyber, goth, industrial kind of look I sometimes put together when I am not in a 60s or colorful rave mood.

Hi Everyone I am so sorry I haven't been able to post anything. Actually I can't. The entire region where I am at which is Guanzhou has a lot of websites blocked. Here are some pictures from the hotel I am staying at, Phonix Hotel. The hotel has a nice view of the pond and pretty mountains. I also wanted to show you what I usually pack when I come to China. Basic cartoon tees, tights, leggings, my docs and my leather Jacket. The factory where our clothes get made is very very big! It's almost the size of a city! One block is where they wash all the jeans, another where they sew all the production, another where they keep all the trims and etc. I am so happy to be here but at the same time it is a lot of hard work and stress. And in the end I miss my family, and friends!!!

I wore this outfit today!! I woke up and didn't know what to wear! I am freaking out because it is getting colder and colder as the day passes by and I don't have a thing to wear! Today I wore this cheerleader outfit to work! I bought the top at the vintage whole sale party, The Boogie Den and the cheerleader skirt at American Vintage on Sunset in Echo Park. I wore these neon green tights today!! I so love them! I bought them 3-5 months ago at Top Shop and this is my first time wearing them. I woke up today and I didn't know what to wear!! I pulled out this old American Apparel dress and Jeremy Scott tee and then I saw something bright peeping out of one of my drawers! The neon tights! This made my outfit somewhat new! I am currently listening to Skrillex! I am so bad with music. I will love something so much then listen to it for months till everyone around me gets annoyed and eventually I get so sick of it and wait for the next artist that will blow me away. The dj before this was Deadmau5 and before that was Crystal Castles then Yelle and today it is Skrillex. . Do you guys have that problem?? I Wore This Crazy Outfit To The Magic Fashion Trade Show

I wore this crazy outfit on Monday to the Las Vegas Magic Fashion Trade Show. I was so afraid to wear this outfit because I did not want to cause a lot of attention. When I see people looking at me I get very nervous and I start walking funny! Honestly I am very shy! I usually hide my face with my hair! And plus the shoes, they are 5" tall who is not going to look! The outfit made me very happy so I went for it!!
There was not a single person who didn't say anything to me regarding my outfit. I could feel when someone was looking at me. I lost count on how many pictures people took of my shoes or the dress! For me the most most exiting thing about being in Las Vegas was when I went to The Pool Trade show and I went to the Jeffrey Campbell booth. My friend Muriel she works there so I was also happy to see her. She showed me all the new shoes coming soon and the shoe she designed. I was so happy and in love with everything !! I also got my picture taken by someone who works at Jeffrey Campbell. He said he was going to put my picture on their blog. That made me so happy and exited!! And at the end I got a free Jeffrey Campbell purse which made my day!!! Ahhh! What also made my day was that 2 people came up to me telling me they recognize me and that they read my blog. I was in such shock that afterwards I realized I didn't even thank them!! So I want to thank all my readers for reading my blog!! : ) Thank you! Thank you!!

60s Ball Chair And New Vintage Magazines

I wanted to show you guys my 60s ball chair I purchased a few months back. The chair is a reproduction not a vintage item. I looove my ball chair except it gets hot in there! I went to Vintage Revival, a store I would like to visit every Sunday! Honestly you can find the most amazing stuff in there for so cheap! I bought this Cosmo magazines $2. I just love to sit down in my chair sometimes, have some wine, listen to 60s music, and just stare at the old pictures. It's so relaxing!! Then I wonder how it must of been to be in that era...

Right now I am feeling so inspired by, Lady Miss Kier! She has the most stylish outfits and the most amazing shoes ever!I never realized how great of a fashion icon she is. I love the fact that in the late 80s and early 90s she didn't care what trend was happening and instead she dressed in these crazy amazing funky assembles. I remember once I went to the Music Wharehouse ( a music store from the late 90s) and remember seeing the cover of Dee Lite. I bought the Dee Lite CD just because I loved their style so much. The cover sold me!!!I didn't know who Dee Lite was even though I remember hearing Groovers of The Heart. I remember drooling over her amazing outfits. As a matter of fact I am also drooling over these amazing shoes from Jeffrey Campbell shown above, Sporty and Spicy in Union Jack. The shoes scream Lady Miss Kier!! I really feel like Jeffrey Campbell has put a spell on all girls who has bought Jeffrey Campbell shoes for the first time to keep buying them! I really must have the shoes! I wore this dress yesterday and again later during the night to my cousins 80s theme party with a bowler hat not shown in the picture. I love this dress because I wore this dress the first time I started a vintage store, "Super Pink Lips". The first time I sold vintage was at a little stand in a club called, "Automatico" in LA. This must of been 2-3 years ago. Anyhow I wore my dress with my black creepers. I've had these creepers for a year and I have only wore them twice because they are so heavy and only 2" high. I Went To See Captain America The Movie Wearing This!!

I went to see Captain American today with my company. My boss rented an entire theater so that the entire company can watch it together. So nice and kind of them! My boss seriously is a very kind and humble person. We also got to order any snack, candy and drink from the stands! Wow! I had snack comma after that! We had a super hero costume contest. Unfortunately I didn't win. There were other people with even better costumes. There was even a kid with lights on his costume. I wanted lights!!! Anyways this is the costume I wore. I bought the costume at, "Costume Super Center". They have excellent customer service! I got the costume on the exact day they told me I would receive it. Thank you guys for visiting. I bought this see through vintage chiffon floral dress at American Rag. I don't know who the vintage buyer for American Rag is but they really know how to pick good stuff I like. Every time I go there for work purposes I end up finding something for me. And I never find one thing I always find two or three things. I really try to ignore their vintage section but it is really hard to avoid.

I decided to wear my see through dress with a 60s 2 piece bathing suit under neath. I feel so fresh and free. The pastel colors go so well with my silver shoes. I won this 60s vintage cape lace dress on Ebay from, "Thriftwares" last week for $105. I was so exited to receive the dress and when I received it I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it. I wasn't sure if the dress looked flattering on me or not. I decided to wear it today because I had nothing to wear. The dress doesn't look that bad like I thought it did. What was I thinking!! I went to my moms house today and she said I could get married in this dress and asked me if I really wore this dress to work! Haha! Mmm yeah I wore this to work! Anyhow I decided to keep it. Today I wore this 60s puffy dress that I bought on Ebay from, "When Decades Collide". My new favorite vintge store on Ebay. I love finding good vintage stores that no one knows about. You end up being the only bidder. So Decades Collide please keep selling good stuff and don't get popular!! I felt like a princess walking around with a puffy dress. I was either Cinderella or some kind of good witch. I felt like I needed a wand to complete my look! The neck choker I am wearing I made it. All I did was buy a nice beaded trim at the fabric store and sew it in the back. So simple!! I wore my dress with my silver Jeffrey Campbell shoes. Today I decided to wear this outfit to go to the fabric store on Maple st in Downtown LA. I feel so fresh and comfortable. I happen to witness a robbery right in front of me. Some guy robbed someones bag and ran. He got away!In LA you have to be very careful! And some lady at the store was very upset that they helped me first. I didn't even know she was there first! Patriotic Blue White and Red 60s Bell Sleeve Dress

I wore this dress yesterday for 4th of July. I didn't plan to wear a patriotic dress on this day. I bought this dress at Meat Market Vintage. My favorite Ebay store! No one bid on the dress the first time so they re listed the dress. The second time I was watching the dress I said to myself, " Why not its only $9.99 ". So I bought it. For some reason I fell in love with it. And I couldn't wait to wear it even though it was like more than 100 degrees in LA.
For 4th of July we decided to sneak up to the roof and watch the fire works. It was awesome being so high in the sky and be able to see fire works all over. Everything was going great until the security guard of the building told us we couldn't be there. Oh well....at least we got to see tons of fire works. I hope you guys are having an awesome week. So my rainbow shoes arrived and I am super exited to wear them. They are super comfortable and it feels as if you are walking on marshmallows. I don't know if they look good with socks or without socks. Someone said, "yuk!" when I mentioned I was planning on wearing them with socks. Hmmm. What do you think? I like both! Do you like my 90s vintage purple fuzzy sweater ?? I love the texture and color except it is too hot for me to wear in the day time! I feel like a fuzzy monster in it!
I wanted to wear something cute and colorful and also something that screams" what ever"! This outfit feels perfect. I highly recommend anyone to purchase Jeffrey Campbell shoes. Why???

Hi Everyone! Sorry I did not post anything last week! I didn't have anything interesting to wear. Just the same old! I hope you guys are having an awesome week!! I found this long vintage 90s velvet dress at a vintage shop located in East LA. I don't know the name I just know that there is a Sears right next to it or near by it. I paid $5 for it!! I love going to hole in the wall thrift stores. I really don't care to go to the fancy ones like the ones in Melrose. The hole in the wall vintage stores is where you find the best treasures!! And it fits me perfect!!And guess who arrived to my door step today?? My MONSTER shoes!!!Let me tell you that these shoes are sooooo comfortable to walk in. They are light weight and the fit is excellent. Not scary at all!! Well I haven't tried going down the stairs yet but so far so good!! I give them a 10!! The brand of the shoe is called Betty Page! I bought this shiny 90s top at The Cobra Snake Shop on Thursday and got it on Friday! How cool is that?? So exited to find something vintage and unique. I have been wearing this top this whole weekend. This top is the coolest thing I have bought lately. I love it!! On The Roof Top

So my building has a pent house on the 13th floor and today we found out it is empty. We went to check out the pent house and I have to say the place looks spectacular!! The view of downtown LA is way beyond beautiful. Can you notice the beautiful buildings behind me? They are real! I bet they look fake!! Haha!Right before going to the pent house I wanted to wear something perfect for the occasion. I knew the place would be dark and spooky so I decided to wear this 60s gothic black dress. I added the bow tie to make it look more interesting. I bought the bow tie at party city! Once I came back from checking out the pent house the boy tie tore apart so I had to pin it right away. Had so much fun at Coachella! My experience was epic!!! My favorite show had to be, "Caifanes". Wow!! What an amazing show!! The heat of course was crazy. I took a break in between to go to my car and relax and lay down! I almost felt like I was going to pass out when I was in the back of the car changing! Ha!!I had to get out of there! I felt very comfortable in my vintage outfits! Everything from head to toe except for my socks and underwear is vintage. Hehe! Can't wait for Coachella 2012. I will most likely be there again!!!

1st Outfit: Vintage Striped purple 70s flared semi loose pants with a wonder woman tied up tee and green belt with a yellow buckle.
2nd Outfit: Vintage 60s red high waisted shorts, a vintage stripe 70s tied top and green belt with a yellow buckle.

Neon Colors To Cheer Up

It has been extremely cold in LA these past couple of days and this is an outfit I wore on Sunday when it was pouring. I wanted to cheer up and wear something colorful and neon! I have been pretty scared lately! I have been reading that LA will be next and that we are expecting a 8.0 earthquake within the 24 hours! Geez if that happens I would die! I live in an old 1900 loft on the 11th floor. :( Hope its a wrong prediction! My mom has been having dreams that there is a huge earthquake and that she sees my furniture floating on water!..Maybe she has been watching the news too much. I had a blast at this 60s soul club called, "Super Soul Sundays", in Echo Park. They played all our favorite 60s songs.

Wearing My Pom Poms, JCDC and Wonder Woman Makeup

I bought this Wonder Woman makeup by MAC at Bloomingdales last week. I couldn't resist the super hero colors and amazing packaging. I bought the red lipstick, blue eyeshadow and blue mascara. But the lady gave me the wrong mascara and gave me purple instead. I have to go back tomorrow and exchange it for the blue! Sucks! Anyhow Sat I went out with my friend Jackie to go see, "Vidal Sasson The Movie", and to dance 60s somewhere in Hollywood. I decided to wear my favorite shirt/ dress from JCDC ,red wonder woman lipstick and my new House of Holland pom poms. I love them!! And they do not make my ears hurt. Vintage 50s Striped Bathing Suit N White Faux Fur Coat

I wore this 1950s vintage bathing suit (looks like a dress) with my white vintage faux fur coat to a 60s club with my friend. I hate clubs honestly but sometimes I go just to hang out with my girl friends. That is all they still want to do. I bought the vintage bathing suit at American Vintage and the faux fur coat at American Rag. I like the mixture. I should be wearing this to a swimming pool but I prefer to wear it out as a dress. It's fun this way. The magazine I am holding I bought at Revival Furniture in Downtown for $2.00. I like to look at old ads and the way people were. I find it so interesting. I want to say thank you for your kind comments. I love having new friends. : )

There is Revival Furniture , Society of St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store and Shareen Vintage. I am wearing my dress with my HOH tights I bought at Bloomingdales 2 months ago. I love the combo! I don't know why I am obsessed with plastic toy rings. Yesterday I bought these silly rings at Party City for $1 each. I felt like I had to have them. Especially the glow in the dark Yoda ring! I don't know why this fascinates me! I can't wait to wear them!

I purchased these 60s flower shoes at Etsy for only $20. I immediately pictured the shoes with my 60s gothic black dresses. How groovy! The only problem is that I am a size 6 and the shoes are a size 5 1/2". I was hoping to fit into them somehow, otherwise I am going to have to place them as display somewhere in my loft.

This vintage 70s ring I bought at Etsy for $2.50. This ring makes me think of Jeremy Scott! And I have been wanting a phone like this for the longest. I bought the 50s phone at www.vintagelooks.com. I really hope it works!

So I didn't end up buying any jeans at Urban. : (

Colorful 60s Top and Boots

So I had to wear jeans today because it was really cold. I wore jeans with my new 60s vintge top I bought in Downtown Long Beach 2 weeks ago. I don't remember the name of the store, but it is a great store. They have tons of great vintage and amazing vintage furniture. I also bought these boots on Ebay 1 year ago, this is the first time I wear them. My Beatles ring which comes in a set of 4 Joerge, Ringo, John and Paul I bought at the Pasadena Flea Market 2 years ago for $25. Amazing deal! They sale these rings on Ebay for $40. The rings fit me way too tight so I could only wear 2 rings. My other ring is by Chanel I bought 4 years ago. It's very colorful and unusual that is why I bought it. How amazing is this JC de Castelbajac muppet top I bought at Yoox. Fits me like a dress. It is my favorite piece of clothing hanging in my closet. I looove bright, and cartoonish things and this really does it for me. I also bought this mickey mouse clock purse on Etsy. It looks perfect with my JCDC top. The 80s magazine I bought at Etsy for $10 hoping it would have more fashion. Instead the magazines has tons of teen problem stories and celebrity gossip. Looks good just sitting on my table.

Rainbow Stripes 60s Dress

I bought this rainbow dress that reminds me of pretty rainbows, crayons, rainbow bright and all things bright at LA Vintage online store.

It sounds crazy but sometime last week when it stopped raining, I think it was Tuesday I went to the park and had some bbq veggie burgers. I really wanted to enjoy the sun and wear something bright for the occasion. I must admit after 4:30pm it got a little windy and my legs were freezing!

I was going to toss these old Acne shoes already since I have new shoes to replace them with but I thought of keeping them and only wear them where I can get them dirty.

I love wearing bright socks with everything lately.

Another 60s Black Dress

I bought this pretty dress on ebay at a store called, " Velvet Cave". This dress is made using a vintage pattern.
I love my dress I just don't like how the ruffle on my neck looks when I look down. It reminds me of Jeorge Washington.

I decided to wrap the lace detail around my neck. I wore my dress on Christmas Eve.

Bright Colors n Stripes

Last night I was trying to decide what to wear. I was on my way to a house party in Hollywood with my dear friend Jackie. We usually go out to a 60s club. Her favorite music to dance to. Mine too but I also like other music as well. Tonight it was going to be all about good old house music. Yay! 1st option was this 70s super bright rugby dress I bought at alamedavintage on ebay with my bright American Apparel bright yellow socks and happy face button. Next to it is a new pair of For Ever 21 shoes I just bought. My first For Ever 21 purchase!

2nd option was my dice Jeremy Scott dress with the happy face pin and the bright

yellow socks.

I decided to go for the bright rugby dress.
These For Ever 21 shoes were a little hard to get used to. I am so used to wedges.
So this is the outfit I ended up choosing without the hat.

Had to take off the For Ever 21 shoes and go back to my old Acne wedges. Man how I love these wedges. I just recently purchased 2 new pairs of Jeffrey Cambell wedges 2 days ago. Hopefully those new wedges can replace these old beat up Acne shoes.

60s Peter Pan Collar Dress

So I bought this 60s peter pan collar dress on ebay for $20. The ebay store is called The Meat Market. I wore it on a night me and my friend went to a 60s club. I love 60s music since I was 5. My dad played old Beatles and The Rolling Stones since I was a baby. For some reason that music never ever gets old for me. I still like it and I still listen to it once in a while. I also bought this 60s space age lamp at a vintage store in Downtown called, " Revival". That store has tons of cool stuff! They even had old gossip magazines from the 80s. One said, " John Travolta's man lover gives details about their night together! LOL! I didn't buy it!
